This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or offer replacements only in the following situations:

1.1 Damaged products: If you receive a product that is physically damaged or broken in transit.

1.2 Defective Product: If the product has a manufacturing defect.

1.3 Incorrect Product: If the product received does not match the product ordered (wrong item, color, or size—where applicable).

1.4 Missing Items: If a product or accessory mentioned in the order is missing.

2. Conditions for Return Request

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • The product must be returned with:

    • Original packaging

    • Tags and labels

    • Any accessories include

Return requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us through any of the following:

  • Order Dashboard (if applicable on website)

You must provide:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged or defective item

  • Unboxing video (optional but recommended for faster approval)

Our team will verify the issue and respond within 24–48 hours.

4. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items purchased during clearance sale

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

  • Normal variations in handcrafted items (color, texture, minor dimensional differences)

5. Replacement Process

If your request is approved:

  • We will arrange a free replacement shipment, subject to availability.

  • If the product is out of stock, you can choose between:

    • A refund, or

    • An exchange with another product of equal value

6. Refund Process
  • Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
  • Approved damaged/defective/incorrect item claims

  • Order cancellation by Kraftelle due to stock or shipping issues

  • Failed delivery due to reasons not attributable to the customer

6.1 Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used to place the order (UPI/card/NetBanking).

6.2 Refund Timeline: Once approved, refunds take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account. Processing time may vary based on your bank or payment gateway.

7. Return Shipping
  • For eligible returns:

    • Kraftelle will arrange pickup from your address via our courier partners.

    • In rare cases where pickup service is unavailable, you may be asked to ship the product to us.

      • In such cases, shipping charges will be reimbursed upon verification.

8. Order Cancellation

8.1 By Customer:

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

8.2 By Kraftelle:

We may cancel orders due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Payment failure

  • Invalid/incomplete address

  • Fraudulent or high-risk transactions

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed as per the refund timeline.

9. Product Color & Quality Disclaimer

Because many Kraftelle products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, finish, pattern, or size are natural and not considered defects.
Differences caused by screen display settings are also not considered grounds for return.
