Shipping Policy-Kraftelle

At Kraftelle, we are committed to ensuring your products reach you safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, timelines, shipping fees, tracking procedures, and other important details.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, etc.

International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Order Processing Time

After you place an order:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • During peak seasons, sales, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote & Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: These are estimated timelines and may vary depending on courier performance, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or order values as part of promotions.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery), if enabled, may include an additional handling fee.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive an SMS/email notification with tracking details.

  • You can track your order on the courier’s website or through our “Track Order” page (if implemented).

If tracking information does not update for more than 48 hours, please contact us.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If the delivery fails due to reasons such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Customer unavailable

  • Refusal to accept the order

The package may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Kraftelle is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by:

  • Wrong address provided by customer

  • Missing or incorrect contact information

If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping details, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

8. Damaged or Tampered Deliveries

If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened:

  • Please refuse to accept delivery and inform us immediately.

  • If the courier forces acceptance, take clear photos and videos of the package before opening.

This helps us process replacements quickly.

9. Delayed Deliveries

Kraftelle is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Political disruptions

  • Operational restrictions

  • Natural calamities

  • Pandemic-related restrictions

  • Festival or sale periods

We will, however, support you in tracking and resolving such issues.

10. Undeliverable Orders

In case your pin code becomes unserviceable or courier partners cannot deliver for any reason:

  • The order will be canceled

  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method

11. Changes of Address after Order Placement

Address changes can be accepted only before the order is shipped.
Once dispatched, changes are not possible.

12. International Shipping

International shipping is currently not available, but we plan to add this option in the future.
